This program adopts a flipped model scholarship approach, ensuring children and young people with diabetes receive essential supplies delivered to their doorsteps. We aim to mitigate the challenges caused by economic crises, political instability, and natural disasters. Despite facing around 50–60 new referrals monthly, our commitment to supporting education and self-sufficiency remains unwavering, thanks to the generosity of our donors.
Our flagship Promise of Insulin program delivers insulin and essential diabetes supplies directly to the homes of children and young people living with type 1 diabetes in urban and rural areas. This program is built around:

• Nationwide reach: Supporting children in 140+ cities and towns across Pakistan.
• Growing impact: Actively supporting over 1,200+ children with ongoing insulin support and diabetes care.
• Doorstep delivery: Ensuring families receive insulin, syringes, glucose‑testing supplies, and educational materials without needing to travel far.
• Holistic support: Along with medicine, beneficiaries receive guidance on managing diabetes, coping strategies, and encouragement for self‑management.

This initiative stems from the belief that every person deserves equal access to essential medicine, no matter where they live or what resources they have.
